The sales team got back to my inquiries super fast and were really helpful. The return policy was carried out just like it said on the site - no uncertainty, no wishful thinking, and no long waits. Always polite. However, the sizes of the two items I bought were a bit on the small side.

"Return Policy Could Use Some Work"
The clothes are fantastic, but the return policy leaves a lot to be desired. Telling customers they can't return or exchange items really doesn't show good customer service. When you buy something online, you can't always tell if it'll fit right—so if you need to exchange it, you're left with something that just doesn't work for you.
